No Parties or Events Trash-Remove trash from property and dispose all garbage in trash bins outside, including any trash left outside the property. No unregistered guest- The maximum capacity is 8 people Strictly no animals, including service dogs. My husband and son are highly allergic and have breathing issues. Zero tolerance for smoking in Airbnb, my husband and son are allergic. Turn off Spa and Pool lights- If you use the spa, please turn off after use. Please turn off pool and spa lights. Pool Towels- Freel free to use the pool towels, however please wash and put back. The cleaning team charges extra for pool towels and I do not want to pass that charge to you. Do not remove any towels from the rental. No diving in the pool, the pool is not very deep, and do not want anyone to get hurt. Outside Games- Please place outside games back under patio out of the sun. Inside Games- Please place everything away if used for next guest. Tiki Bar- If Tiki bar is used including BBQ, please clean up BBQ, cleaning fee does not include exterior and we would like to leave it clean for next guest. If something breaks- Please call me immediately so I can tend to the issue. Clean up - Please leave the house similar to how you found it. I certainly don't expect you to clean during your vacation, however our cleaning team needs to turn over the property to the next guests and if the cleaning is excessive a fee will be charged. Check out- Guests must check out by 11:00 a.m. on the last day of their stay, and cannot extend without prior agreement from host. A valid photo ID of the name of the reservation is required prior to arrival. Any guests that violate these rules will be asked to leave immediately. Please refer to the rules and policies, you will need to read, sign and email the rental agreement back in order to gain access to the home.

Only the guests listed on the reservation are permitted to stay in the home. Any violation of this rule will result in immediate eviction and cancellation of your stay with no refund. Must be at least 24 years old to rent this property. We do not allow 3rd party bookings. You must rent the home for yourself and your guests. Non-compliance to these rules will result in immediate cancellation to your stay. “Quiet Hours" and house rule compliance. Guest(s) may not disconnect or tamper with exterior security cameras. If disconnected or tampered with, the contract will terminate immediately with no refunds. City Quiet time is defined as 10:00 pm - to 8:00 am. Please be mindful of excessive noise during these hours. If Law enforcement is called due to any disturbance including but not limited to Loud, Music , fireworks, etc. it will be reported and may interfere with you ability to obtain future reservations. Spa Heat is included with your stay. We are a non-smoking/Vaping home. No pets allowed (No Exceptions) $500 fine
